The Role

A Recruitment Advisor is required to join a growing professional HR team. This is a brand new role with real opportunities to grow and drive the recruitment strategies of the business. Initially the goal will be to implement very robust recruitment practices and procedures, develop managers' competency and get a real understanding of the business so you can advise on appropriate recruitment strategies for each role. This is an autonomous role where you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from creating job adverts through to ensuring all of the MI and cost per hire is complete.

The Person

You will be a strong team player who has operated within an in house role you will be used to liaising and influencing managers on recruitment strategies and you will have managed 3rd party relationships from working with consultancies, job centres etc. You will be able to use different candidate generations streams & feel confident about coaching and developing managers around the whole recruitment process. You will have great attention to detail, able to communicate at all levels. You will be experienced at managing whole recruitment campaigns & therefore have good project management skills.
